Translate the business requirements of the subject matter experts into contractual requirements and deliverables and ensuring those are clearly identified in the final contractual documentation.
- Create Request-for-Quotes (RFQs), Draft and lead Requests-for-Information (RFIs) and Requests-for-Proposals (RFPs). - Develop and maintain a supplier scorecard that measures KPIs for each project, including quality of deliverables provided. - Develop effective and positive relationships with suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness. - Interpret Master Services Agreements, Software License Agreements, SOWs, and Service. - Level Agreements (SLAs). - Lead commercial negotiations with hardware, software, services suppliers to ensure the Bank receives the best quality at the lowest possible cost. - Ensure SLAs are being met by our suppliers, and where they are not, seeking an equitable resolution. - Serve as a liaison between IT, Procurement and Finance to ensure that Statements of Work (SOW) and necessary contracts are completed in a timely fashion. - Must possess extraordinary ability to build strong relationships with internal IT customers that result in positive support of sourcing processes. - Facilitate internal education on IT Supplier Management or similar topics. - Assist IT Asset Management in ensuring compliance of software and hardware maintenance agreements. - Work closely with IT staffing firms and other suppliers to source contractors for IT. - Develop and present negotiation strategies and agreement summaries to all levels of management.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 more years of technology procurement/supplier management experience including telecom, hardware, software, services, technology licensing structure and license compliance. - Minimum of 3 years in Information Technology preferred. - Experience in working directly with suppliers is a must. - Experience working with financial information as a means of decision-making and pricing comparisons. - Good influence, negotiation and contract management skills. - Ability to work well on a team, maintain a sense of urgency and continuously strive to improve processes to drive efficiencies. - Must possess an understanding of various software licensing models. - Good elicitation skills to identify business requirements for sourcing efforts. - Ability to quickly learn how to use various software tools. - Ability to balance and prioritize several conflicting demands to achieve optimum service performance. - Ability to multi-task and remain composed while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Education and/or Certifications: - Bachelor s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year accredited university in Business, Finance or Information Technology
